The Milwaukee Dancer’s Fund is proud to celebrate our official return to the stage in 2024 !

Prepare to meet new faces, and reunite with old friends, in an innovative dance experience that will be hosted for one night only! As always, our repertoire is chosen “BY the dancers” and ” FOR the dancers” creating a unique display of endless passion and excellence within the art of movement.

We are deeply grateful to out community of supporters and look forward to seeing you at our October 12th event!

Behind the Curtain is the annual fundraising performance event held by the Milwaukee Dancers’ Fund. Our show is comprised of pieces hand-selected by each dancer as an expression of his or her individuality. This evening of dance takes place in our black box studio, offering an intimate, close-up experience of dance like you’ve never seen. Following the performance, meet the dancers at our reception and find out more about our lives and our passions.

Our Mission

The mission of the Milwaukee Dancers Fund Inc. is to empower current and former professional dancers of the Milwaukee Ballet with the knowledge and skills necessary to define their career possibilities after dance, and to provide resources necessary to help make these possibilities a reality.
